Terms

Last updated: 17 August 2026

These terms describe the use of Renza, a simple booking service for independent professionals and their customers.

What Renza provides

Renza lets independent professionals publish a booking page, share their available time, and manage appointments. Renza is not a marketplace and does not provide the underlying professional service.

Professional accounts

Professionals are responsible for their booking page, services, availability, customer communications, and compliance with the rules that apply to their work. Keep account access private and use accurate information.

Bookings

A booking is an arrangement between the customer and the professional. The professional is responsible for delivering, changing, or cancelling their service. Renza sends confirmation and management links to help both sides manage the appointment.

Fair use

Use Renza lawfully and do not interfere with the service, access another person’s account, or use the service to send unwanted messages or harmful content.

Availability of the service

We aim to keep Renza available and dependable, but no online service is uninterrupted. We may update, maintain, or suspend parts of the service when reasonably necessary.

Closing an account

A professional can delete their account from the Account area. We may suspend access where necessary to protect people, the service, or comply with the law.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service changes. Continuing to use Renza after an update means you accept the revised terms.
