This notice explains how Renza handles personal information when you use Renza or book with a professional using Renza.

Who receives your information

The professional you book with is responsible for the information you give them, including your appointment details. Renza provides the booking tools they use.

Information we use

For professional accounts, this includes an email address and the settings needed to run a booking page.

For bookings, this can include a name, email address, phone number, note, selected service, and appointment time.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, create and manage bookings, send booking or sign-in emails, keep the service secure, and provide the booking page.

Who we share it with

Booking information is shared with the professional receiving the booking. We use service providers for essential hosting, database, and email delivery. We do not sell personal information or use Renza as a marketplace.

Cookies and device sessions

Renza uses essential cookies or device sessions to keep you signed in, remember a selected language, and let returning customers manage their bookings. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

For questions about an appointment or customer information, contact the professional you booked with. You can delete a professional account from the Account area; this closes the business and handles future bookings as explained there.

Changes

We may update this notice when the service changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
